120 - Day Returns

Our goal is your satisfaction.  Therefore, we offer you a 120 - day return policy from the time of purchase.  To our knowledge, this is an industry first.  So go ahead, shop with confidence!  Also, return shipping is free.

We ask only that the products are returned in the same condition as you received them, including the original box and/or packaging.

Here are the steps:
  1. Send an email to returns@whiterockpearl.com, requesting a refund.  To speed up the process, please include your original order number.
  2. We will send you a RMA along with a pre-paid UPS or USPS label via email.
  3. Package the products similarly as received and take it to any UPS location.  Refunds will be processed as promptly as possible.
